- We will help you organize, promote participation and market your event.
- Our staff will provide tournament day assistance to make sure your event runs smoothly. We will organize the carts, which will have the team scorecard as well as be labelled with player names. We will provide range balls to each of your tournament guests. A beverage cart will be provided at no charge. Our tournament pavillion will be set up to host catering services for your guests. The Reedy Creek staff will also be available to help score the tournament.

Tournament Rates for 2019
Monday – Friday (excluding holidays):
Package rate: $32.00 per person (Minimum 40 players)
- Shotgun starts are available for groups of 40 or more players.
- Shotgun start times can be from 8:00 am to 9:00 am or after 12:00 noon.
Note: All groups with less than 40 players will be assigned consecutive tee times. Accurate head counts for each group is due to Reedy Creek 72 hours before the start of the event.
Group Discount: Groups of between 20 and 39 players will receive a $5 discount per player on their green fees. The discount will be applied to the rate that coincides with the group's first tee time.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays:
Package rate: $40.00 per person (Minimum 40 players).
- Shotgun starts are available for groups of 40 or more players.
- Shotgun start times can be from 8:00 am to 9:00 am or after 1:00 pm.
Note: All groups with less than 40 players will be assigned consecutive tee times. Accurate head counts for each group are due to Reedy Creek 72 hours before the start of the event.

Tournament Package Rates Include:
Green Fee, cart fee and one warm-up bucket of range balls for each player as well as the use of our tournament pavillion for catering and tournament scoring. Note: Our staff will be available to help score your event and determine team and individual winners.
Tournament Deposit:
A tournament deposit of $250.00 will be due within two weeks after booking your outing. The deposit will secure the date and time of your event. The deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks before your event. The deposit will be subtracted from your final invoice.
Catering Option:
We can schedule a full service catered meal for your event.
Catered meal: $11.00 per person. (White Swan Bar-B-Q is our primary caterer. Standard menu includes fried chicken, barbecue, boiled potatoes, cole slaw, hush puppies and sweet tea. A dessert can be added for $1.00 extra per person. (banana pudding or peach cobbler)
